  • Pick-up and drop-off is outside of the building.

BILLING

  • Vicki will work with you and confirm your schedule for the following month and we will bill monthly.

  • Invoices will be emailed by the 20th of each month.

  • Payment is DUE by the 1st. 

Cancellation Policy & Credits

  • We require a 24 hour advance notice if you are not going to be able to attend a session.

  • Any cancellations made the day of scheduled tutoring without 24 hour advance notice, including not showing up, will be charged the full amount of the tutoring session. 

  • Whether a session is cancelled by you with a 24 hour notice or by the teacher, the session will either be rescheduled or we’ll apply a credit to your account.

  • The credit(s) will be applied to your next invoice.

Sick Policy

  •  If your child is sick please stay home. 

  • We require a 24 hour advance notice if you are not going to be able to attend in person.  A Zoom session is an option if your child is well enough for it.

  • Please refer to the Covid-19 Guidelines on our website for safe practices and protocols at the center.

Snow Days

  •  We plan to offer Zoom sessions on Snow Days.

Holidays

  •  We follow Truckee Tahoe Unified School District (TTUSD) holiday schedule for the 2022-2023 school year. Please be sure to mark you calendar Clever Minds will be closed:

    ▹ Thanksgiving Break: November 24 - 29, 2024 *We are closed the whole week*

    ▹ Winter Break: December 23, 2024 - January 3, 2025

    ▹ President's Day & Lincoln’s Birthday: February 2/17 - 2/18, 2025

    ▹ Spring Break: April 14-18, 2025

    ▹ Memorial Day: May 26, 2025

Account Credits

  • Credits in your account will be applied to your next invoice.

  • Should you decide to not continue with sessions after payment is made, credit(s) will be applied to your account for future services and will remain in your account indefinitely.

  • Credits can be applied for any future tutoring down the road, as well as, can be applied to any siblings. 

  • Please note there are no refunds.

Late Payment Policy

  • If payment is not received by the 15th of the month you will be charged a $25 late fee.

  • If your account becomes over 30 days past due, we will not be able to schedule your tutoring for the following month until payment is received.

  • Please make sure to provide us with updates regarding your payment.

  • We can also work out a payment plan with you if need be.

  • We accept Visa or Mastercard. 

  • Please call us at 530-582-1707 to arrange a payment by phone.

  • There is a $5 service charge for credit card payments.

  • Provide us with your credit card which we will keep securely on file.

  • We will run your invoice payment on the first of each month  you are enrolled.

  • It’s super convenient and REALLY helps us out with receiving payments on time PLUS you won't have to worry about making the payment.

  • Please let us know if you would like to be included in the First of the Month Club and we will get you set up.

  • We accept check or cash payments at the school.
